Arts and Crafts Show

Cary Senior Center is hosting an Arts and Crafts show just for Seniors on Saturday, November 17th starting at 9 am.  This unique shopping experience features one of a kind holiday crafts that were made exclusively by friends ages 50+!  Cary Teen Council will be present to offer refreshments.  Admission is free!  Spend the morning with a delicious hot beverage while looking for some amazing gifts for family or decorations for your living space.

Fireworks!

Do you have anything planned for tomorrow?  Well, why not bring your grand kids out to Koka Booth Amphitheatre for a day of fun, free events?  The Koka Kids Clubs will be stationed lake side with numerous activities going on for children of all ages!  There will be face painting, magic shows, a scavenger hunt and a video game truck.  After these activities (from 3 pm to 7 pm) take time to grab a bite to eat and set up before the fireworks display at 9 pm.  Please bring lawn chairs and blankets to relax on during the show.

Things to do in Cary by the Cary Concierge…Shape Note Singing

PineCone and Triangle Shape Note Singers sponsor a monthly event at the Glenaire Retirement Community.  Every 4th Sunday of the month, members meet to go over music.  New members and beginning singers are always welcome to join.  The music is provided, all you have to do is show up and have a great time!  Hope to see and hear your lovely voices this Sunday, February 26th, at 2 pm.
